Alpin is 9 months old, which blows my mind! He is still adorable, and such a sweet boy. It is so fascinating to watch him develop and grow. He can stand on his own for a good amount of time, with hands free to play with toys and such (I counted 15 seconds the other day). Sometimes he acts like a crazy person and bounces up and down forever, and if he does it sitting on the ground, he'll actually travel across the floor.
He babbles constantly and is experimenting with other sounds as well. He still loves books, but now he's more interested in looking at them, instead of just eating them. Well, he still loves to eat them, too.
Bath time is still a highlight, and now he can figure out how to stand up in his ducky tub, so we may need a new system soon. It's too bad winter is coming, which means not much pool time.
For some reason he constantly grabs faces, but will also give kisses. We can still take him everywhere and he does really well socially. Out to dinner, parties, family gatherings.
